• Q.What types of winding shapes are possible? A.Our winding technology accommodates various shapes such as single coils, double coils, skip winding, and close winding. Please feel free to consult us regarding sizes and applications like springs.
• Q.What diameter of wire can be processed, and what materials? A.Coil wire diameters from Φ7μ (0.007mm) to 0.7mm can be processed (actual values). We can handle materials including Tungsten (W) and Molybdenum (Mo), as well as Titanium (Ti) and Platinum (Pt).
• Q.Is laser welding possible for all types of metal materials? A.The YAG laser we use generally struggles with welding metals like copper and brass. However, our expertise allows us to weld these metals as well. We can accommodate various material shapes such as flat plates and pipes with rods, so please consult us.
• Q.What sizes of welded products do you produce? A.Our welding process can handle sizes down to micron units. The spot diameter of the laser light can be narrowed down to a minimum of Φ0.9mm with the optical system of the emission unit.
• Q.How long does it take from ordering to delivery of prototype products? A.We strive for prompt responses, but delivery typically takes between 1 week to 1 month. This may vary depending on the content of the prototype, and as such will be discussed upon contract agreement.
• Q.Is it possible to meet special specifications or customize products? A.Yes. We offer customization based on your technical requirements. Please feel free to consult us even in the initial development stage. Prototypes can be ordered in small quantities, and we are actively involved in joint development.
• Q.How much does a sample cost? A. It varies depending on the specifications and quantity. Please contact us for a free estimate.
